I got to the gym and it was full tilt boogie at 4.4 pace on the treadmill with a 2.0 incline for two minutes at a clip! I pressed a little deeper into the strength exercises and upped my weights by 5 through out circut training.

The boys are snoozing on the couch. It was a hard hard night of drinking Chocolate Ales, and Bananna Bread Brew.

I just finished up my roasted red pepper hummus for the conference tomorrow and now it's time for bed!
