It's hard to believe that these 10 months since joining Sparkpeople have flown by so quickly. Each month, I usually lament that I have not been able to lose the weight as quickly as I thought. However, here are some of the things I have succeeded with:
1. Being consistent with exercise
2. Dropping 3 pant sizes
3. Consistently eating right due to journaling and tracking calories and nutrition
4. Maintaining the weight loss I've achieved, and not gaining anything additional
5. Making new sparkfriends
6. Being accountable by blogging and logging in to the site
7. Having the opportunity to pre-order The Spark, which will be a huge boost
8. Eliminating things like caffeine, sugar, cheese with the help of healthy articles
9. Probably more that I can think of right now
