I made it through the day, I am not losing any weight, I am tring but not seeing it on the scale. I also have my legs are killing me, I can barely walk or stand, I can't do any excercise right now either. I don't know I hate going back and forth with the good and bad days. LOL It will be ok. Any way I have to get over this platue. I will take any advice I can get. Thanks

    When you work out, do you stretch? And are you getting enough water and potassium? Dehydration can cause some killer leg cramping, as can not getting enough potassium. Even though your legs hurt, go for a walk. It will help break down the lactic acid in your legs- what causes that sore feeling- not working out keeps that lactic acid/pain in the muscle longer. When you workout make sure you warm up, stretch, do your work out, cool down and then stretch again. It gets easier, but ensuring that you do not go between working out and sedentary is key. Also, make sure you are getting a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day! Good luck!!
