Yeay, I completed 2 hours of Level 6 on the Treadmill, which is the maximum intensity my legs and hips can handle. It's a big commitment of time, but it is nice to see the scale move in appreciation.

Next up: sleep, without an alarm clock. Sounds heavenly to me!
