Some day are easy, some days aren't

Changing from a couch potato to a moving, alive person who eats healthy isn't easy. Yet, there are signs of hope as well as small victories.

Today wasn't easy, but I kept doing the best that I was able to. Oh, what I say to myself determines my outcome. What I feed my body determines my physical health. What I feed my mind in my self talk, who I interact with and what I read and say out loud also determines my outcome.

When I first came to Spark I wanted a quick-fast way to lose weight. So I really did not change. Today I realize that I am the one who determines how healthy I will be by my actions and thoughts. To my surprise I am reading more articles, motivational stories and blogs to help me. I am moving now and feeling alive again. Plus my energy level has increased. Not to mention I am more positive about achieving success.

SparkPeople has so much to offer when you are willing to change. Willing and doing what you can everyday makes a difference. We don't have to perfect, we just have to keep doing somewhat to reach our goal.
