Have been able to keep the commitment with my sister, but my back went out and I have hardly been able to walk since Tuesday morning...I am six weeks into training for my 4th Half marathon and so disappointed. Scared to eat for fear I will balloon back to my big size. I have put on 2.5 pounds and that is probably due to my body used to running 4-5 times a week and I have only run twice this week! I want to at least walk but that is painful too. I am not giving up, but feeling a bit discouraged right now. I do have physical therapy scheduled for next Monday, so I believe that will help with my back and my stress level. Any one have any ideas on exercises I can do that will not aggrevate my back right now?
I am so sorry about the back pain...Of course knowing you, I will have to investigate how you really threw your back out
