So far I have lost 7 lbs. Yippee for me. I know have to work on reducing my stress level. I have a tendency to worry a lot but I know that worrying does not solve anything. I just need to restructure the way I think and work on having positive attitude the majority of the time and be thankful for the good that is going on. This will be one of my goals to add
