So far I have lost 7 lbs. Yippee for me. I know have to work on reducing my stress level. I have a tendency to worry a lot but I know that worrying does not solve anything. I just need to restructure the way I think and work on having positive attitude the majority of the time and be thankful for the good that is going on. This will be one of my goals to add

    I am a "worrywart" too; something I am constantly working on.
Like MSSUNBUG said, I just try to focus on what I can do, not the things I can't do anything about.

    I find staying positive in whatever way I can really helps me to feel good about myself and what I'm doing. It also helps me to stay focused on the here and now--which I CAN control--and not the future, which I can't control.

7 pounds is wonderful! Congrats!
