Hey Sparkers, Even though Chalene tried to kill me at the beginning of week one I feel I am getting stronger everyday. I also figured out I was calculating my weights wrong but I got it all figured out now, so can accurately track my progress. For next week my goal is to add more cardio on burn days and to increase my water intake. I can't weight to see what kind of progress I'm going to make at the end of the first 30 days. I'm not expecting many pounds to drop off but I am hoping to drop some inches. On a happy note it might be my imagination or how I was sitting but I swear my thighs look smaller in comparison to how they usually look. It may be wishful thinking or I might just be invisioning what I want my progress to look like. I still suck at push-ups but its only been a week and I know I am only going to get better. So now I'm off to do my last workout so I can offically be finished with CLX Burn Circuit Week 1.
