When I was eating mindlessly and munching away and not concerned about losing weight and getting healthy I'm sure I consumed waaaayyyy more than 1500-1800 calories a day. Now when I'm making wiser choices (although I dabble here and there calories accounted for as well) it's difficult to get to 1500 let alone 1200-1300 a day. The more veggies I eat - makes my diet log look full but there's really no calories. I'm eating healthier but not losing weight per the scale. So yesterday I was trying to get 1400 calories in, didn't make it. Sure I can think of plenty of things to give me that in one sitting. But I will continue to strive to make wise choices and consume more foods that are good for me!
Yesterday I tried for the first time raw squash. Not bad at all. I had leftovers from the Thanksgiving luncheon the day before. The veggie platter was still quite full the day after. I wonder why?
I completed my workout last night; 47 minutes WATP 3 mile walk with cool down. And the Fat Blaster Turbo Jam series. 4 Turbos!! can you believe it??? She says give it all you got but I haven't worked my way up to giving what they give but all 253 pounds of me push it hard.

I told my daughter who was sitting on the sofa because she'd done hers earlier that I felt like I was dying. It's going to get better... don't quit!
For today:
Drink 40 ounces of water before I leave work today. 2 down 3 to go slow today
Up my calories to 1400 before the day is out
Workout - workout 45-60 minutes or more. Not sure what's on the plan today.
