Sigh. I am going to try my hardest to walk more than 35 minutes today. I feel like I owe it to myself. I don't want to push myself, but I want to see how far I can go before I just totally collapse!

Tonight we're gonna go grocery shopping and I really do plan on getting healthy stuff. Neil, my hubs, told me he wants to start eating fruit too. So that's awesome, we get to stock up! I love fruit, it's what I ate almost everyday when I was pregnant with Levi, my youngest. I just haven't stopped. Everyday I eat a grapefruit. I feel like I need to show my kids how to eat healthy, and who else to show them than me and Neil? So we plan on eating way more healthy now. I'm pretty sure we're going to have a pretty healthy Thanksgiving. We actually don't have a ton of sweets, it's more food food stuff. And what we're making is healthy. It has kale in it(if you haven't had that, DO IT.) so it should be ultra good!

Anyway- it should be nearly naptime for my kids. I love naptime ;)
