I need my body back, I need my energy back, I need my smile back, I need to learn to just be me again. Since last March 13th life has been so difficult and taxing, but it's time for me to get myself together. So I am doing a boot camp! Just 10 minutes a day plus 30 min cardio. I can do this! Here goes!
