The Process for Weight Watchers

I'm not attending WW meetings but I done it in the past and was very successful. I started the "Plan" on Monday. I have remained within my points for the 1st two days but yesterday was a woozy emoticon emoticon. Today, I'm back on it and want to learn about your WW woes and achievements.

    I can't wait to step on my scale on Monday. I'm a little nervous but more anxious. 2.5 more days to go and to the scale I go....

    Although I have had success in the past on WW, and I absolutely love it, I am not pointing this time around. If there is a way for you to buy a couple of boxes of their snacks I have always found that they are helpful. They always seem to ward off those whoa days. Good luck!

    Hi Ladies!! I too am on the WW plan w/o attending meetings. I have been doing it for about 2 weeks now, and I'm down 8 lbs. I find that eating lots of the lower point items fill you up and help you stay within your points range. For example salad, or spaghetti w/whole wheat pasta, etc. Also don't forget that if you exercise you get activity points that allow you to go above your regular points...and the 35 extra weekly points really help to.     Congrats on making a plan! That is the first step to success! Remember, the tortoise won the race by being slow and consistent.

    I'm so happy when I am able to stay within points on Weight Watchers....
