So I was totally off track for a few months there and my weight creeped up to 185.2. A friend of mine rejoined weight watchers and I since I love spend time with her, I joined up again too.
And I LOST 4 pounds in the first week!
I am now into my second week and will let you all know how it goes. My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds by Dec. 8 and another 3 - 5 by Christmas.
At our WW meeting we talked about making good choice and setting realistic goals over Christmas. In addition to Christmas, my husband and I are going to visit my inlaws over new years. So my goal is to maintain my weight from Dec. 23 - January 4. I will want to lose another 10 pounds by February 16 when I am going on a sunshine and beach vacation. I am so motivated to get back to my wedding weight by that vacation. So in total, I want to lose 20 - 25 pounds by mid-February.
