I need a challenge! Anyone out there will to get me started? I use the excuse of two jobs for not getting my workout in... I need help! I want to build the muscle... Because of losing weight so fast since the surgery my skin is loose and since I been slacking on my workouts I feel the sag even worse now. I know there is nothing I can do about the loose skin but I can fill in a little or rather tone up some with muscle... ANYONE!!!
