Thanksgiving is coming!

Thursday, November 19, 2009

Thanksgiving is coming next week.

I do not want you to be afraid! Eat as sensibly as you can - and then move on. Friday will follow the "feast day" and you will get back on track.

It is more important to try your best - but remember this is a day to celebrate with our loved ones and to be thankful for each other as well as the bounty bestowed upon us.

You will persevere!

Love you,
Linda

You're right Linda. I made up my mind to enjoy Thanksgiving Day with family as well as Christmas Day. I will just get back on track the following day.
Thanks for the good advice.

Make Thansgiving your treat day and then dedicate yourself to getting back on track. Eat sensibly but enjoy the good company you are keeping and make new memories!

I agree! I'm also thankful for SP. With Spark I've become so much more aware of my options. I don't have to eat like it's my last meal or try everything if I don't want to. It's so freeing!!

    That is great advice!
I'm looking forward to the day and will have small portions of just my favorite foods.

I'm going to use portion control and not take a little of everything, just a few things.

Good advice to everyone. One day doesn't kill a sensible plan but a weekend will.
