On reaching goals

I took the quiz just now and this is what it said..

You're well on your way to reaching your goals! But you could help yourself get there more easily by implementing a few changes, like enlisting a diverse support group, tracking your progress, and rewarding yourself along the way.

Accurate! And exciting! But in a very level way....I am counting the calories and discovering my strengths and weaknesses in the nutrition dept. I am also feeling differently in my body...I WOKE UP THIS MORNING WITHOUT a STIFF spine!!!!! Hallelujah!!!!

My tummy is also not bloated!!!!

Now I believe I should be seeing another Orthopedic for my ankle because the person I went to gave me NOTHING! and I do mean NOTHING very encouraging to help me relieve the pain! Get some insoles he says...lose weight he says...then when I suggested an ankle brace ..he says 'yeah if you want to' and I PAID HIM to help me....okay lose weight understandable! But what am I to do about the pain that is sooooo annoying not to mention discouraging!

I shall continue tracking the calories..continue making good food choices and controlling the portions..There is no going back..only forward to a new me:) Oh and I am going to work on making a clearer more concise list of goals with additional dates and ReWaRds :)
