I think the days you don't want to exercise are the days you need to the most. My problem today, Carb overload from lunch at school. Stupid teacher Thanksgiving lunch. Okay so glad that is over and done with and I can get back to a bit of normal healthy eating again before Thanksgiving Day. Because I like to eat, I have to exercise hard. And Speaking of hard, I just didn't want to do it today. But I am posting my status everyday on Facebook and certainly I would not want anyone of my friends to think I would skip a day and be a slacker. Love how something like FB status can hold me accountable. And today was not as hard as the previous days. I am already seeing and feeling the changes in my body in 4 days of workouts. Gotta love Jillian for that, as much as I hate her during the workout. I have the same love/hate for my own personal trainer. I am sure my love and hate are stronger for him, since he is literally in my face and Jillian is not. Okay I am rambling. Glad I did my Shred for the day, feel much better now.

Tomorrow, 45 min of cardio at the gym, and then come home and Shred again. Cause tomorrow night NEW MOON, and I might eat some popcorn. Just a little not a lot!

    Good for you! Don't stop, eventually exercise will just be part of your daily routine. emoticon
