Well it was WI day for me and it was pretty good. While I was on holidays, my weight kept going up and then the light hit me last week and I got it back under control. Off to the store to buy veggies and planning my meals. I didn't expect much with this WI, I actually expected a gain from my last WI on Nov 4. Well, I actually lost 0.2 - not much but I'll take it. I must have gotten it under control just in the nick of time to lose the weight I had gained during the first half of my vacation, plus an iddy bit more :) Onwards and downwards I say - I can do this!
It's been pretty darn busy at work and there are two more days to go with LOTS to do. I get home and I am absolutely exhausted. I'm focusing on just getting things done, once I get my desk back under control then I can focus on more ME time.
Now that DH's company has left, I have plans to set my exercise room back up in the spare room upstairs this weekend and work out to my DVD's again. The sunroom has become our "walk-in freezer" and I really don't feel like walking with Lesley Sansone with my winter coat on. All within good time. I'm getting my eating habits under control this week and next week I can focus on getting that extra exercise in. I walk every day half an hour but I always felt so much better after walking 3 or 4 miles with Lesley.
So it's a new week for me and I am definitely going to make this new week count! It feels so good to have one week under my belt where I actually made a difference in my journey. Yeah! :)
