I took a long break from worrying or trying to lose weight. After my eating took a dive and I had fallen into an Eating Disorder and was told to not "diet" anymore.
Well I know the holidays are upon us and this is probably a starnge time to start, but I have decided that I now want to start over and I am ready to come back and give it a shot.
I feel like I am ready to start on my exercise and healthy eating plan. Of course, anytime is a good time, but I had to completely forget about calories, fat, what's good and bad and just not think for awhile and get other things in my life in order.
Now I want to focus on me and my fitness goals again. So I am back.
Ready to have a new experience and new understanding of fitness and weight loss.
