I'm having a hard time with breakfast on this hypoallergenic diet. I'm just not eating enough protein, and this is hard to do without a stove. Rice/almond milk doesn't really have much protein like real milk does.
But I'm working on it. Last night I ate a cup of rice over my normal caloric intake because my poor body was just starving! I tried to drown it out with water and even a vitamin water on top of it (I thought the cane sugar might help), but nope! Nothing..... still majorly hungry. I watched a movie to distract myself - no - still hungry!
