Oh, middle of the week.....

I dont understand what is going on with me, but this entire week i have had NO energy. I think I have gained back some weight, I have only exercised once this week.

I wish I could get over this lack of energy and get back to losing weight again. I do not want to gain back the 9 pounds that i've lost. It would be detrimental to me.

Any one know what I can do?

    Seriously eat some peanuts or pecans, they are very good sources of energy as is broccoli. But nuts are easier to come by. If you toss a smallest amount into a salad you'll restore your energy. Its what I feed my son before his tennis games.
