Today I realized that I will dance my weight off! Why it took me so long to realize that? Well to be honest, because before I wasn't able to dance 1 hour in one row. Why? Well I used all my 60 min spare time on cardio exercise made by someone else than me. But today I just put the music on and started to dance like I wanted to, like felt like. I moved the way I felt like. Music made me move, not someone saying: do this and now do this. After dancing like that 60 minutes, I noticed that I'm having really good exercises like this. I had very much fun and I felt free and WOW I was really sweaty!! So now I decided that I will dance like I want to for 2 weeks and let's see the results then!
My dancing has fast tempo and is really really energetic.
