Four more weeks and I will be graduating! I am still battle the weight. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I need more time for me...I need to focus on my health. I walk thirty minutes a day at work five times a week but I know I need more. I need to get back in the gym and workout. It has been a hard year but I am determined to make a life change.

    I think you can do it if you set your mind to it. I have recently told myself that I need to step up my game and hit the gym harder than normal. You are lucky you can walk 30 minutes at work. Good luck on your journey!

    Awesome! I know you can do it -- 30 minutes a day 5 times a week is a great start. Maybe add some interval training? Run for 30 seconds then walk then run again.. get a bit more out of those 30 minutes! Or bring handweights on your walk and do bicep curls and lunges every five minutes.. you don't have to start going to the gym an hour every day, just keep upping the little things and it'll make a big difference!
