    I am working out SO hard in the gym for 30 mintues at work ALLLL WEEEKKK!!!!! I am doing it no matter what! No excuses are going to get in my way... Gain? I don't care. I know I'm doing the right thing, I'm pushing and will see results. I am on a roll and I thank you for your ongoing inspiration. I love the nutritional tracker, because we get along just fine :) :) I am doing so awesome at that.

    Teresa, I'm still at it! Did day 6 tonight! My weigh-in is tomorrow too! I'll let you know how I did. Hope you do well, you deserve it you worked very hard!

    level 3, wow! i feel like i could never do that on my tredmill.
i walk one hour on my tredmill pacefully, i do 20 miniutes in the morning, 20 in the afternoon and 20 in the evening. then i do strength training for 30 minutes everyday. 20 pounds is A LOT. thats my mini goal right now, to loose 20 pounds in 3 months..good luck!!

    Great job on getting to day 10! WOOHOO! I think that when I am healthy I may as well just start all ove again LOL oh well. Your legs are gonna be sore tomorrow with all of the leeg excersises you are doing. But you can push through the pain. No pain, no gain right?! LOL

    Teresa congrats on your day 10. I am back in the challenge after a few days off. I did it yesterday and am calling it day 1. Have decided to change up the way I do my exercises. I explained it in my blog, ok I will when I blog right after this.

You are such an inspiration to me keep it up!!
