Exercising Harder and Eating Right

Wednesday, November 18, 2009

But still not moving downward the way most bodies would be. So I think I'm going to lighten up on the exercise. I'll keep changing it up and trying to get this loss going a bit faster. As many of you know, my engine has been stalled out for quite awhile.

Just keep going Jesse, one day you will get the results you are working for. Trust me I will lose a few pounds then get stuck on a plateau for what seems like forever then one day I step on the scales and I have lost 2, 3 or more pounds! And yes, I jump up and down and do a little victory dance!

Jesse, just curious; are u looking at numbers on a scale for results? then change the way you look at things. For a change, please, look at the numbers on a tape measure. Go to weigh in page and they will have you weigh and measure yourself. If the exercising isnt too hard on you I d keep it up and not slack off. Think about it! Hugs Laurie

Sounds like a good idea. Sometimes our bodies get used to what we are doing and needs to be surprised once in while to keep things interesting. You got off the plateau, don't get discouraged again. I haven't reached the plateau level yet but, when I do, I'm taking my cue from you!

    Keep up the good work!
