If you read my blog yesterday then you know I had a plan on how today was going to go. Well things didn't quite pan out how I expected them to. The plan was to get up and do Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 2 this morning. Well I didn't here my alarm clock so I missed my early morning workout. Secondly I knew exactly what I was going to get from IHOP but when I got there things changed. I still think I did good though. I ended up getting the chicken fajita omlette minus the chess I added mushrooms and spinach and had them use egg substitute instead of eggs. I had tea and water for my beverages. I also think I did well because I cut the omlette in half and brought the rest home for breakfast tomorrow.

My aunt and I finished breakfast and went to the movies and saw This is It and Precious, they both were really good movies. Since their was a sears at the mall I went in and bought some adjustable weights because I knew I was coming straight in and jumping into my workout with Chalene. Well I just got finished doing my workout and I am worn out. I did most of the workout with 10lb weight so I thought but in actuality I was using 15lbs I was reading the adjustments wrong no wonder I could barely get through the exercises. What I need to work on is my triceps and push-up, the pushups almost killed me and I could barely get out 4 reps I am going to make it up to the maximum 12 reps one day.
So even though Chalean tried to kill me I thank her for it because I never felt better in my life. Tomorrow is Burn Intervals and Ab Burner. Now I'm off for a very late lunch.
