This morning, the scale read 154.1. This leaves me in high hopes for a number well into 153 tomorrow.
My big challenge for today with be supper. I am planning on cooking up a beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and whipped sweet potatoes. Soooo easy to eat my entire day's worth of calories in one sitting! But I will focus on moderation, and eat only wee snippets of each item. I would rather see a good number on the scale than eat the food!
I am doing pretty well in other areas. Both days today, I have started the day with 35 minutes going pretty hard on the elliptical. For the rest of the days, I try to up my general level of activity by dancing in the kitchen while cooking, getting projects done around the house that include lifting and carrying stuff, and today I need to do quite a bit of vacuuming.
