Really, really, really frusterated

It's been about two weeks since I've gotten completly back on track with my work out routines and food logging. I have not eatten more then 1500 calories forover 15 days and have worked out a TON (over 3000 calories burned last week). I did not lose one single pound. Not one. I actually gained one. WTF. How does that even work?!??! I had a bit of a mental break down when I saw the scale and I just doing understand how this can even happen. I am doing everything right (from what I know), almost exactly how I was doing it all before when I was losing weight. I just don't understand why I'm not losing any weight...

    It could be all kinds of reasons. Remember that the scale can only measure weight, not all the wonderful healthy changes going on in the body that you cannot see just yet. Yada, yada on the muscle building weighing more that fat lost, and the same with fluid retention......there are just too many possibilities.

Keep on keeping on. It will eventually come. Are you using a tape measure? Amazing how many inches can be lost when the scale stays the same!
