I am feeling awesome right now because I have done two workouts today. This morning I went to the gym and did my 45 min of cardio. Pushed myself harder than I have in a long time, then came home cleaned the kitchen, relaxed a bit and then went ahead and got my L1D3 out of the way. Some of the exercises were a bit easier today. Only a very little bit though. I just know in a couple of days I am gonna see a change in how well I perform in this workout.

I signed up for 6 more months of working out with my trainer today. I am gonna work out with him on Friday and then start back up with him in January. I wasn't sure I would be able to fully commit through December, as busy as the month is. So its me and Jillian Michaels for now. Infact, I was hearing her voice in my head as I was working out at the gym today anyway. The words I kept saying over and over to myself was "you gotta fight for it." It carried me through. Tomorrow, I am gonna do Day 4 only. I won't be able to make it to the gym.

    I did my day 4 today. I have really enjoyed it although I do have some trouble getting all the pushups and those sloooow bicycle crunches kill me!!!! Good luck =)
