Couch-to-5K Week 5 Day 3 (more like Day 2)!

Today was supposed to be Day 3 of Week 5, but my lungs had no intention of running 2 miles in this cold! So I repeated Day 2 instead. Not to mention that I've never run 1 entire mile, let alone 2. Not even in high school gym when they time how long it takes you to run a mile. I always walked more than half of that mile. Maybe I'll use my treadmill on Thur for the 2 mile run. Then there won't be cold or hills to worry about!
