Soooo...My birhday is in 19 days (Dec 6) YAYYY!!! and I know that a lot of pictures will be taken at my dinner, so of course I'm going to have to look FAB for my pics :) So I decided that challenging myself would be a GREAT way to meet a short term goal and boost my self confidence..I WILL be shining on my birthday :) ..My challenge is to lunge up the stairs at work twice a day--15 flights. Also to continue 30 Day Shred every morning b4 work..I'm pretty confident in this challenge so I'm ready to KICK BUTT!! :) After my challenge I'm going to continue through the remainder of the year and be at my goal weight (now 130 instead of 125). Thanksgiving and Christmas are 2 big holidays that my family has a SUPER feast, so I'm going to have to have will power and make sure I eat in small portions...Usually for New Years resolutions I always say that I'm going to lose a certain amount of weight and eat healthier, but this time my resolution is just going to be to maintain my healthiness and stay fit, instead of actually losing more weight...I have 4 pounds to go until I'm at my goal weight and I KNOW I can be there by Dec 31! :)
So my challenge starts today! It's a little after 10am so time for my first set of 15 flights today!! YAYY!!!
