Hey sparkers,I hope everyone had a good day today.
Tomorrow I am supposed to do Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 2 and I am ready to go for it. I have most of my day planned out. I am getting up in the morning and doing Chalean first thing because I know how I am and the later it gets in the day the more I make excuses or find something else to do other than exercising. After CLX I'm going out to breakfast with my aunt to IHOP, now I usually get the Steak and eggs and the three buttermilk pancakes and slather them in maple syrup. That was the old me I am not doing it to myself I do not need all that food. So I went to the IHOP website and lookedon their low calorie menu and I found two things I am interested in trying either the two x two x two (scramble egg substitue, two strips of turkey bacon and two buttermilk pancakes) all this for 400 calories and 16 grams of fat. The other choice is the Spinach Mushroom and tomato omlete, this is 350 calories and 14 grams of fat. After breakfast we are going to see either This is it or Precious I want to see them both but who has the money for all that. I am going make sure I am full from breakfast so I don't get tempted by the concession stand.
After my outing I am going to come home and jump back on the internet and apply for more nursing jobs and check to see if my name has finally been added to the Board of nursing site (hopefully because even though I found out I passed boards without the license or the license number I can't start to work) Not sure if I'm going to go explore my new neighborhood tomorrow or do Hip Hop Abs Fat burning cardio tomorrow evening. Wow just reading how the "plan" for tomorrow is exhausting.
