Getting Back On Track

Wow I feel like this fall has just been a whirlwind of family illness and with my Father In Law's passing it's taken a lot out of me. This week however I'm going to be working my regular hours and I'm going to start tracking my food again.

I think I'll wait two weeks and weigh myself. One day at a time. I also need to start getting to bed on time. I've been staying up late and watching animal rescue shows like Dog Town and Rescue Ink. I'm so addicted I feel that I just don't want to think right now.

Tonight I'll read some Bible passage and try to have the lights out by 10pm. I'm very grateful to have this page to share my feelings with others and appreciate all that come by and read and leave comments. It helps me to stay accountable.

    Hi there. Glad to see you are getting back on track too. I have let life get too busy and kind of neglected my self and just last week started to get back on the rails so to speak. Welcome aboard!!
