I am still shaking from this workout. I wonder what it means that I had to grab my inhaler half way through. Today's workout totally kicked my butt and I hope I can walk tomorrow. I know without a doubt I will be more sore tomorrow than I was today. The goal for tomorrow, go to the gym in the morning for normal 45 min of cardio and then tomorrow evening Shred again! I will surely have no choice but to drop pounds this way.
Note to self: Do not workout after 8pm again. I think it is gonna take me awhile to calm down.
