I am still shaking from this workout. I wonder what it means that I had to grab my inhaler half way through. Today's workout totally kicked my butt and I hope I can walk tomorrow. I know without a doubt I will be more sore tomorrow than I was today. The goal for tomorrow, go to the gym in the morning for normal 45 min of cardio and then tomorrow evening Shred again! I will surely have no choice but to drop pounds this way.

Note to self: Do not workout after 8pm again. I think it is gonna take me awhile to calm down.

    It means that you worked damn hard and Jillian was kicking your butt. But that's ok because those inches will start dropping off you and you will build endurance , and hopefully wont need to use that inhaler!

    I just did my first day today! I've been working out with a trainer for over 2 months, so I decided to do level 2...it was really a good workout! I am definitely feeling it. I'm using the DVD for days inbetween training and I'm really happy to have found one that gives a good solid workout. Keep up the goodwork! Your progress is wonderful. :)
