A little about Me....

I will be turning 45 in January and i need to get the weight off...I am a mother of a Beautiful Baby Girl Imani and she is 5 and she has Down Syndrome. I have been over weight all of my adult life. And i am starting this blog to help me stay on course !!!

    I'm 42 and also have a 5-year-old daughter, Kate...guess we can't use "baby weight" as an excuse anymore, huh? ;-) Good luck!
