I've been having some trouble lately getting motivated to exercise. Its colder out now and my class work is getting more and more demanding so i have less time than i normally would to exercise. I also have a job now thats taking up much of my time, and also killing my motivation to work out even further. Good grief!
it seems like i'm on here just to complain but that just isn't so. I am writing because i need that little extra push to get going. Push me! hahaha.
I need to be more accountable for accomplishing my goals. I'm only 5 pounds away from my original weight loss goal and am struggling to get there. So here are my official weekly goals...
1. eat breakfast every day
2. drink 8 glasses of water
3. work out 3 times a week
4. stay within my calorie goals
These are all pretty straight forward but i had so much success with them when i first started on spark. I hope that i can get back into the swing of things
I want to lose 2 pounds this week.
Tomorrow i will weigh in and start on this crazy journey once again.
