So here I am, one pound to 15 pounds lost. I can't wait to see it this week! I know that it will happen! My goal this week is to try to get to the gym as much as possible. I have been slacking in the exercise department which is all my fault. I try to blame everything else for not attending the gym but now I do not have an excuse. I know I will be tired and I will push myself through it.
I have also decided to take a multi-vitamin which I should have taken in the first place. The only thing is that I really do not like taking any sort of medicine, vitamin, etc. I have a fear of taking medicine...it stems from having an allergic reaction to penicillin and now I am afraid to really taking anything. Well, today I found gummy vitamins for adults and thought that I would take it. Of course I was apprehensive at first but when I had no abnormal side effects I felt great! Oh yeah, they taste great too! Go gummies!
So here is the break down for the week.
Gym - 5 days this week
Water - 64 oz plus a day
Stay with in calories
Keep stress level down ( this will be hard this week, but I will try)
To lose that last pound for a total of 15lbs lost!
