I'm back!

Sunday, November 15, 2009 the last time I actually made a blog entry, it was a year ago this time of year. Can you say SLACKER!!?!?!

I lost 30 lbs last year doing Medi-Weight loss and decided I wanted to do the last 30 on my own...except I have managed to gain an extra 10 lbs (I like to refer to as my "holiday weight", but come on....who am I kidding!), so I really have the last 40 lbs to go on my own and I know I can do it!

It's just the "doing" part that I always have a problem with. Hey, we all need motivation wherever we can get it...right? So, my motivation this time around is a black-tie event I am attending December 9th with my husband and when I go shopping for that Holiday dress, I would really like my size to be in the single digits by then and prove to myself that I really can finish what I started and get this weight off once and for all!

So, my plan is, starting tomorrow, to start my Turbo Jam workout routine and see if I really can lose 10 pounds or 10 inches in 10 days. But I have to actually stick it out and see it through to the end of the 10 days this time. It's only 10 days right! I can do this! Wish me luck!
