Okay so I was supposed to start Chalean Extreme 2 days ago but life kept getting in the way. Well I was not going to let anything get in my way today. I got up ate breakfast let it digest a minute then I got off my butt and did Burn Circuit 1. So far so good I really like it I'm definitely feeling something. I know I need to work on my form and I am definitely going to invest in some weights because even though the band has some good resistance it takes to long to get set up between exercises.
So to All my CLX buddies that are using free weights any suggestions.
