At the end of the first month, I was almost able to complete all of the workouts without stopping, abdominal workouts are a little tricky due to the recent hernia that was discovered. This is now recovery week, Core Cardio and Balance, then it gets into new routines for the next 4 weeks, and the times for each workout blast goes to 45 seconds from 30.
Since starting I have noticed that my recovery time for my heart rate has decreased,
heart rate monitor shows about 145 to 150 BPM, recovery from this is now about 3 minutes. Resting heart rate is down to 63 BPM. Comparative information can be found here as well..
My DW also does the workout with me, she is actually quite impressive at how hard she goes at it. I believe after I have completed it I may continue with it every other day instead of every day. It is a very interesting program, rest when you need to, water breaks and you push yourself as hard as you want you don't need to keep up. Just by doing what I can, and slowly being able to do more and go faster I have noticed great results. Amazing what a little dedication and determination will do to keep someone looking to the future for results.
