Wow what a difference a week can make. I have been incorporating everything from the detoxification diet book in my life and the results are amazing. My cravings are down and even though i am eating a raw dessert almost every night i have lost almost 3 pounds this week. Holy crap! I have cut out coffee, all diet sodas, artificial sweeteners, white flour, refined sugar and fried foods. I have started taking different supplements to balance out my hormones, and cut back on my exercise opting for yoga and walking. Although this week i will start doing strength training 2 - 3 times a week because i miss it. I am happy.
