Oh yeah, baby!! I am back!!

I posted my blog on Tuesday. I was super depressed. I was struggling. Hell, I have been struggling for awhile. And I read the replies and I re-read my blog like 20 times. And you know what?? Something clicked. My fire was lit. My goodness, had I known that was all it took I would have posted a blog forever ago LOL.

I woke up on Wednesday and without any hesitation low carbed. Did it again Thursday, Friday and today. I had so much more energy the last few days. my blood sugar feels even. I did not even crave my 4pm snack!! That on its own is huge for me!!! I am eating within my calorie range. And today I even started exercising again. Today was Day 1 for The 30 Day Shred. I could feel the effects of not exercising for most of the last month. I hurt and the thing is only 20 minutes. Not an easy 20 min but still. I am going to carry through the 30 days with it and see what happens. As of this morning I was at 262 which is a new low for me since being here on Spark People. I hope to cross into the 250's by mid week. So excited!!!

    I'm excited for you. But remember slow and steady will win the race on this journey. Your asking your body to lose 8 lbs in less than a week, and that's not to good. Try shooting for 2 lbs a week. If you lose more great, but make it a goal that you can keep for the LONG haul.
