We have added a niece and cousin who are alone to our Thanksgiving feast and one especially requested my daughter's brussels sprouts. She steams baby sprouts, then sautÚs in a drop or two of olive oil and garlic. Wonderful! The other guest loves baked sweet potatoes so those will also be added. Very healthy side dish unless you choose to add the cinnamon covered butter pats I will offer!
DD has also suggested I bake my double fudge cake with fudge icing for a special treat. There goes my super healthy feast!
