We have added a niece and cousin who are alone to our Thanksgiving feast and one especially requested my daughter's brussels sprouts. She steams baby sprouts, then sautÚs in a drop or two of olive oil and garlic. Wonderful! The other guest loves baked sweet potatoes so those will also be added. Very healthy side dish unless you choose to add the cinnamon covered butter pats I will offer!

DD has also suggested I bake my double fudge cake with fudge icing for a special treat. There goes my super healthy feast!

Ok...that sounds nice. I hate brussel sprouts...they just taste bad...but sauted like that with olive oil and garlic??

    emoticon jEAN, IT SOUNDS DELICIOUS!

Around the holidays we all have to have those tempting dishes that everyone loves! But we can have a little..but it doesn't mean we have to "blow" our goals away!

You are going to do just fine with your healthy feast!
