Well this week hasnt been the best for me

. ive done really good watching what i eat, but as for working out like i usually do well not so good

i still walked for 30min everyday but one and i still did my strenth training 3 days, but i only walked on my elliptical i think once:( but next week i know i can do better, im going to mix up my cardio a lil,with walking when i can, elliptical and taebo!!!i know i can do it..wish me luck!! thanks guys and goodluck to all of you...
