Spending time thinking about why I never want to weigh my self, nor do I want to count the calories. I really think I can cheat and still lose weight. Liar! Hagus and I haveen been walking and have begun running, well not really. here I go again. We are puttering. It is a bouncy walk that is the beginning of running. Arms are up and bounce in the step. Trying to get my heart rate up. I have a heart moniter and use it almost every day.
Today was lunch with the girls so we had to shorten our walk to 95 minutes. Instead of climbing hills, we tried puttering. Maybe we can work harder and shorter and buildmore lung capacity and muscle.
I can feel that I have lost weight, the belly fat has decreased.
