The rheumatologist ordered blood work on Wednesday. Now the waiting game begins as there is a 2 week turn around for results. She ordered an ANA 12 panel which is looking for more insight and answers into what is going on with me. It can rule out some really scary conditions or could show that I have one of those big scary conditions.

The thyroid panels came back and everything is solidly in the middle. The PA isn't opposed to trying thyroid medications though due to the list of thyroid like symptoms that I have. Although he does want to wait until we get the ANA 12 results back before moving forward.

The job hunt continues. Not even much to apply for right now. I keep looking though!!

We decided that we aren't going home for Christmas this year too. It just is crazy how much it would cost between the rising airfare and the cost of boarding 2 big dogs. So since DHs parents are going out to see the other son and his family in Cali we will be home alone just us and the furbabies. The whole thing is depressing me but I am trying to act like it is all OK. I want to go home for Christmas but I do not want to spend Christmas apart from my DH which means I am staying here in the land of snow and cold.

Speaking of snow and cold... It is snowing here again. UGH!
