The last two days were good days! I am re-discovering that taking a few minutes to plan my menu for the day equals success. I am feeling good, so good that I amended my goals. Instead of losing 13 pounds by Christmas, I went ahead and looked at it long range. It is going to take me 113 weeks to lost the weight at 1 lb per week. I know I can do this! An added benefit is my blood sugar has been more in control.
It is going to be a challenge today to fit in lunch, my schedule is crazy. So, I will do the best I can.
