Day six is done! The video was a shorter one, but it was a great upper body workout. After I finished that I hopped on Big Ugly and walked the 30 minutes. Low calorie burn, but I was tired and happy I was doing anything at all!
I only have one more to go and I'll have completed week 1. It's been pretty easy to stay on track and complete the workouts. If I see some serious results I'm going to consider extrending this program from my original plan of 4 week to beyond, until i reach my goal perhaps. I'll see how things progress!

You will definitely feel it. It torches my hips and thighs but I know if I stick with it, I will see results and be able to do it easier and easier. Good luck!
