Well it arrived this morning... the email that encourages people in our office to join THE HOLIDAY WEIGH IN! Every year our office asked for people to participate in a weigh-in before Thanksgiving and goes through the Superbowl. There are mini prizes that are given out and a top prize for the biggest looser. I have avoided this weigh in for 3 years now. 4 years ago I was the biggest looser the then put it back on.. :( I have been so worried about the person weighing us in to know how big I really am! I have a hard time facing it! I think it would be good for me. A goal to get to by the Superbowl but I fear stepping on that scale in front of someone else! One more thing to add to the list of shame when I am overweight.
