One of the biggest challenges in this past year of healthy eating, has been breaking my night munching habit. I've tried every trick in the book, and it really doesn't matter if I include it in my calorie intake for the day. All my life, I've been able to eat anything and not gain a lb. Then, a few years ago - bingo. Hormonal changes, mega-stress, and my lifelong eating habits put on the weight. However, I've had the night snacking under control for a couple of weeks now, and don't even miss it. This is a HUGE feat. Yes, if I'm ever famished, I'll allow myself a healthy snack. Otherwise, it's another habit that is best being escorted out of town. Wishing all a happy Friday the 13th.
